Damaged or Inedible Food: If your food is damaged, spoiled, or inedible, you may request a refund or replacement.
Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed by more than 30 minutes beyond the expected delivery time without prior notification, you are eligible for a partial refund or store credit.
Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Wrong Delivery Address: If the delivery is made to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
